League of Legends account with many skins + champions

I would like an account with many skins and chapions. That's the first thing i'm looking for. If possible 11 rune pages would be nice, a decent name, with a balance of RP and/or IP, nice sets of runes, a nice W/L ratio, and preferrably not ranked.

I currently own a lvl 30 account with 11 rune pages, full sets of tier 3 runes, 9 skins, 28 champions.

i have a level 30 with 11 pages tons of runes including the special holiday halloween ones. i also have tons of skins and champs as well. my w/l ratio is about even in both unranked and ranked.
