League of Legends account suspended for suspicious activity

I bought a league of legends account a couple months back, and when I try to login now it says I'm suspended because of suspicious activity.

I'm not making any accusation against the seller, but I need help recovering the account, and he is probably the one who can help with it, if we have a middleman or something like that.

Hello sorry for late reply, i have been extremely busy with university work, i did not in any circumstances attempt to recover account, i would strongly recommend to change* the password linked to the account also check your pc security for any keylogs/trojans. Thank you

I have no idea why your account is locked. I haven't done a single thing related to league of legends because of schooling, the only thing i found out on search for this problem is to contact support team and tell them your email address / password to prove your the owner to the account

There's no way for someone to have stolen the password, as I use a password manager and only copy and paste it. Email + password is not enough to unlock the account, Riot wants more details. Let me ask, were you the original owner to the account?

I suspect that he might not even have been the original owner, as his epicnpc profile is from the UK, and when I log into the account on riots website it says the account was created in Croatia. He did not tell me anything like that when I bought the account though.

I purchased the account from a Croatian friend 2015, i messaged him couple of hours ago and i'm waiting for his response regarding to this situation, because this whole time i owned the account for all those years and never has it been attempted to be recovered so I don't know why now all of the sudden its being attempted, i'm trying to get to the bottom of this but you cannot leave all the blame to me, these questions were supposed to be asked prior to the purchase... also nobody would ever sell an account with $500+ worth of skins for $60 if it was Original Owner just saying.

Well how was I supposed to know that? It's my first purchase of a lol account and I just saw what I thought was a good deal. You're saying it like it's obvious that you were not the original owner, but how is anyone supposed to know that if you don't say it? Anyway, please update asap when you hear anything from the original owner. I only want the account back, I don't want no trouble.

Regarding the information needed to get the account unbanned I'm not sure exactly what it is, but the best source I can find is this youtube video.
