What is the dispute about?
Bought an Langrisser account for him for $100USD. He went first and gave me the account. I changed the FB email and password and thought everything was fine so I sent the money.
I noticed the account was locked for suspicious activity moments later.
I asked for a refund until he sorted out the problem, but he claim that he the money was used to cover his "negative balance" and that he couldn't refund. Later on, after I tried disputing the F&F payment on PayPal with an unauthorized transaction, he claimed he had now sold another account and had the funds to refund me but I needed to cancel the dispute, obviously this was another attempt to trick me.
Other details / notes:
I later learned through figuring the source of the account that he obtained the account by scamming another EpicNPC user, kirinkiwame, taking it without paying.
Another EpicNPC has accused him of the same thing.
