What is the dispute about?
He stated that he was able to reinstate my YouTube channel since it got terminated for putting false information on the Copyright Complaint form. Was told to pay 50% first and then once the channel is recovered, I'll have to pay the other 50%. Since yesterday, he didn't reply to my messages when he was clearly Online.
Other details / notes:
At any point after the payment was made, he did not reach back to me for any updates. I had to get back to him to see if there was any "progress" being made.
