First and foremost, thankfully, mythic has reset my account to my original email, and the character is still intact.
It's a sad day when someone that has apparently done clean trades has decided to become dishonest. Kyro did this last night.
Kyro traded his WoW toons to Shenghu (another TWV trader with 14 POS, whom I've spoke to, good guy). Kyro then proceeded to make the following post where he was looking to get rid of the zealot:

He contacted me with interest to trade his zealot for my sorc seen here:

I normally would not trade, and I was looking to play a healer (moreso a shaman), but since he was TWV and had 3 pos FB, I figured sure, sounds like a good healer, he seems honest (was on ventrilo). Trade was done, we were on our new chars playing.
30 minutes later, I get an email that the info has been changed for the zealot account, the email was changed, password was changed, I can no longer access it. I start talking to him on vent, no response. I message him on MSN, here is a screenshot of the conversation that ensued:

I was messaged by Kyro today to return his Hunter account as seen below. Since he wasn't online for a while, I went ahead and called Mythic to retrieve my account info, and then also give the other party involved his hunter back. (jeckman09, who posted above you).
Kyro never claimed to have traded him.

Upon logging into my Warhammer account I noticed all my gold gone.
Kyro said he would contact you, and have you send my gold in the mail. I received my gold roughly 3 min later.

So, I sat around for a few more hours, hoping this guy would reply since mythic support was closed and didn't open until just an hour before me typing this post when I got the account back.
He has yet to say a word on MSN or any threads on this site.
I believe Shenghu's side of the story. Kyro is completely at fault here for bad trading, and more or less fraud. He was left with no Warhammer or WoW accounts, <span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="color: #FF6600"><span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">HE ALREADY KNEW HE HAD TO GIVE THE ZEALOT BACK BEFORE HE TRADED TO ME</span></span></span></span> (check the time logs above from both convos), so he wanted to try and squeak out a character before he did.
A TWV, 3 Pos feedback guy, had the option to return the account to me and make all right, and did not. I advise against trading with Kyro. As I am not TWV, I cannot leave him a negative mark. Shenghu may though, if he has not already left him a positive from before.
