For the sake of privacy I am not posting what zone the property is located in but I will say it's the safest PVP zone you can possibly find. Plant extra tree and kill anybody who messes with them.
Thatched Farmhouse, 4 Large Scarecrow farms and 2 scarecrow gardens all placed together with fence around it (large plot of land with some space in between farms!) - right next to the public market vendor area and auctionhouse.
The house and all 4 farms are owned by the main toon (sold from alts to main toon with appraisal certificates).
Plenty of room to build the mansion later in the game and still have room left for farms.
Thatched Farmhouse (Safest pvp zone area you can find. Reds have to get through 2 other housing areas to get to it). Friendly Neighborhood
House contains:
Regal Leather Armor workbench
Regal Plate Armor workbench
Regal Cooking workbench
Regal Alchemy workbench
Regal Carpentry workbench

I should probably just hold out until people realize they will never be able to get a huge chunk of land all in one spot like this on the most populated server.
