What is the dispute about?

He wanted to look at the account to see if he'd like to purchase it, and I thought I had 2fa activated, so when I gave him the account access, I didn't think he'll be able to change the email - because I'd have to confirm it.. Apparently not. He then proceeded to block me, and then tried to sell my account that he scammed to someone else.

He even gave me the a video showcasing the skins - I've disguised myself as someone else to try and "buy" the account from him, and he claims that he's the "original owner." The video link above is the downloaded and uploaded video of the video he posted in the discord chat
