Don't trust this kid.
Yes he has positive feedback as initial trades go as planned.

I know that he is a constant figure on markee and has a hadfull of "buddies" who are seriuos markee traders as well but he recalled an account on me as of yesterday.

I have nothing to gain by stayng this and of course there will be an influx of replies from his "buddies" to defend this claim . But like I said before I have nothing to gain by saying he is a immature scammer.

I traded him my female NE rogue some time ago fo rhis hunter.

The rogue was locked (2 weeks later) as he changed the email address on the account to the same one as another account he had (with different last name) of course this raised a flag with Blizzard and it was locked until information was provided.

I went as far as to make a fake ID, notary for the account and sent it to him via AIM to send into blizzard. All he had to do is fax it in.

He said " I am too busy , I am having personal problems , can you send it in?"

It is not my responsibiity to fax things in for his mistakes and have done more than is expected to help him out.

How does he repay me?

He recalls his hunter account.

Kristian is a good friend of mine, I don't see him doing any of this. Post proof please, before accusing people. Making fake ID is illegal. No wonder he didn't fax it in.

How'd the rogue get banned? I'm 99% sure that changing the email doesn't flag it with blizzard.

Not sure how the rogue got banned, but if you did something to get it banned he has every right to recall it. If he did something, its wrong to recall it.

Proof please.
 
saddly it flags accoutn when u change 3 diffrent last names to the same email it happind to me all my account under one of my emails was locked once

Alrighty, so this guy "Daytrader" traded me a Night Elf rogue back in March. Two weeks after having it in my possesion it was banned, not for hacking or botting, but someone called it in and banned it.

I contacted Daytrader asking for the information on how to retrieve it, he said he'd do it for me.

I waited over a month and a half if not more.

Still he did not.

I contacted him everday at different times for a month.

He never responded / ignored me.

THEN, I said - if I do not get help on this in anyway, I will retrieve my hunter account.

I waited

waited

waited

and finally had to!

If you tell someone your going to help them, but then ignorantly ignore them, that is considered some sort of scam.

I assure you, I am no scammer, but when the account you are traded is banned for no apparent reason, you get your account back.

Please, don't even start - LOL SCAMMER - threads about me, I am no scammer, I am no cheater or lier. Why would I even want to take a damn Illegally made ID?

I dont want to send it in.

Don't do this again. We WILL turn your information over to your local police department and the FBI. Fake IDs are a felony and pretty easy to prosecute.

Let me summarize...
1.We trade everything is cool
2.He gets his account banned (told me used same email adress for more than 1 account)
3.Askes ME to make fake ID / notary
4.recalls original account when i won't make him notary and fax it in for him.
5.Claims "thats hw trading is done" and fake ID notary is illegal


I don't care , ban me if i did anyhting wrong here , i go out of my way to help and if this is the crap I have to go though , screw this

More or less sums it up there... if this isnt considering scamming [censored] is.
 
Neither of us can prove it either way as far as if him asking for notary etc help. I dont have logs of him asking.


He would AIM me non stop asking me to fax the info into blizz for him.

However its all there in plain english how you admitted you recalled for no legit reaoson other than you got it banned or locked yourself and got all poopy lipped and recalled.Thats the definition of scamming . End of story.
 
Also I for one am just alerting the markee community .
Is this someone you want to trade with?
If anything happens to account he is control of he recalls and says "thats how trading is done"...

Is that somthing you want ot have to deal with?

If you don't like the consequences, don't trade. Nobody is making you stay here, nobody is making you trade.

You took it upon yourself to intentionally break Blizzards Terms of Service, and you got banned. Not Kristians fault. You also broke the law by making a fake ID, thats a felony as Ace already stated. Your breaking rule #1.
 
I am sick of his buddies coming on here to dispute someting that is clearly shown in AIM conversation.

Its like me saying the sky is blue.. now all of his buddies come in here and dispute the fact.

I give up , its a popularity contest now.
 
OK so going off that logic , I trade you an account Xtrader , 2 weeks later i get it banned for gold selling and botting , I can recall the account I gave you and thats "how its done"???? stfu
 
The account wasn't banned for gold botting or selling.
The Original Owner had to have called and got it banned, or someone else for that matter.

That doesn't make sense.

It's not a popularity contest.

If a admin or anyone else tells you to get your facts straight, that isn't a popularity contest.
 
So thats why random people are AIM'in gme swearing etc.

The exact reason how or why you got accout banned or closed is not the issue or any concern as no one can prove the exact reaosn except for you.

Regardless of how it was , it was under your control.
It was froze , it required information to unlock it.

I provided you with that info. (which I didnt have to do)

All you had to do was fax it in.

If it was the OO who got it froze or recalled then why the fack is it still froze... he could just send it the crap himself. You told me it was because you had used same email address on it as you were using for other acounts.

You still have all the info I provided oyu and everyhting required to get the account back for yourself. Yet you felt the need to recall your account you traded me...


If this is not seen as sketchy or going against markee trading rules I dont know what is.
 
Its not fake info , its the correct info.
And yes I will go on and on until you get the negative feedback you deserve or I get my account back.
Not sure why you would recall knowing it will end up with the hunter getting froze and locked out.

I will do whatever it takes to unsure either I get it back or that you are left with nothing.
If you continue to recall the hunter it will get froze.

Either way not sure what you are hoping to gain from this.

Best case senerio for you is that both accounts get froze and no one has anything.

If you decide after the fact to send in info on rogue I will also send in info and it will be banned.

If you transfer the hunter I will file a unauthorized transfer clain with Blizz and you will lose the newly created account.

Best thing to do is just send in the damn info I gave you to get the rogue back.

That way you have your rogue and I have my hunter.
If you decide to pursue the hunter I will do whatever it takes to make this right.(long story short , you will be left with nothing)

Ask yourself what do I have to gain from making all this up?
Do you think I sit around my house thinking " Oh hey I am going to make up a lie about a random person on a [censored] website that trades video game characters because I am bored"

He messed up , got the account froze and didnt want to get his own hands dirty.
He got all poopy when I wouldnt fax it in for him so he threw a temper tantrum and recalled his account.

Tell me , if I did something to get it banned why is it still froze? What would I get out of getting it banned? Having it banned would only hurt me as it may only tempt him to recall the hunter (which of course he ended up doing).
