What is the dispute about?
He contacted me, asked about some details about the Genshin Impact account i was selling, we agreed on a price and to use PayPal friend and family.
As he had more reputation than me on EpicNPC i accepted to "go first" and give the account before asking for payment.
He then confirmed me that he could log in into the account, and that everything was fine.
Then he told me "Wait ill send the money".
Then i never got any more messages since then, and i didn't got any money either.
Honestly after that i tried to pressure him a little with another message, but for no result.
I then tried to get the account back, but i got today an answer from genshin support today telling me they can't give it back to me.
I suppose i lost the money, and i lost the account.
But at least i want him banned from EpicNPC, and i possible, i'd like to get his e-mail he used here, so that if it's the same e-mail he uses on PayPal to report hom there also.

Here is a screenshot from my personnal PayPal account showing that i didn't got any money from him.

Here is a screen that shows that genshin support also didn't proceed my request to get back the account, but i will try again, with all the receipts i have and infos about the account, it should be doable to get it back.
But the worth of the account beside it's level and characters and weapons, were the insane amount on invocations stone (primo gems) on it, it was like 300€ of primo gems that were stocked on it, which are surely gone, if i ever get the account back.
