Kid Claims He Can Put Me In Jail For WoW Credit Card Fraud????????????????

So I originally created an account with a fake first name and my real last name. I traded it to some guildie I know. The account he gave me got banned so I took mine back. I xfered a level 80 he leveled to another account that has my real first and last name. He emailed me saying he has all my info and he is going to "mess me up for life by claiming credit card fraud." The funny thing is, his credit card WAS on the account BUT I paid for the transfer with my own credit card and he got the account back. Can he really do what he said and get me a record for life?
