Describe the problem: A bait and switch scam, seller JuanPedroMorales listed a high value item on the Genshin Impact NA forum, I wanted to purchase the account since it seemed like a great deal. He suggested to move off of EpicNPC to discord against my wishes, but I obliged. We negotiated and discussed the account, I agreed eventually purchase the account. After a few minutes, he came back to the discussion asking me if I would actually purchase another account he was selling. I also noticed the original listing was now marked as "sold" on EpicNPC to no buyer, even though we had just been discussing how I would purchase it. I was not particularly interested in this account, and tried to continue with a deal where I could end up with the first account which I really wanted. He said it was simply impossible to sell me the account under any circumstances, even if I was willing to accept the account binds, which leads me to believe he either never intended to sell his listing, or never possessed it. Please look into this individual.

You're going to need to prove to me that you indeed had this account. Since you've now listed it as sold, you'll need to show screenshot proof of your chat with your customer. You'll then need to show screenshot proof of receiving payment corresponding correctly with the date and time within your chat.
