???
Contact bioware and get account banned for trading acccounts.

You know his account name and multiple ips have been logged.

[FrohDoh]

i have done that
but still it doesnt give me my account back :-(

[eqzitara]

Contact him, ask him to give it back or you will reclaim money and get account banned.

If he does not. Contact paypal and say your account was hacked if you gave it as a paypal gift.(Not that he scammed you)

[FrohDoh]

didnt send as paypal gift.
i have already opened case in paypal and stated that goods were not delivered or not as described.
