I've paid 2x MM Fee, how can I get refund for one of them?

Hello, 3-4 days I bought an account via EpicNPC MM, my first fee payment was charged from my bank but it did not went to your website.After an hour, middleman said that I need to use different method and I will get a refund for my first payment.So I've paid the fee for 2nd time with a different method.Then we've completed the account transaction.But I am still waiting for a refund, can I get some help?
