Put it down as Scam accusation - BUT so far Lfmageacc has been nice and honest with trying to rectify this but it just keeps getting delayed and delayed with a few dodgy answers and scenarios so I would like this expedited and finished.

What is the dispute about? - Purchased a Female Draenei shaman from Lfmageacc, however the female was being sold from a friend which he was representing. Paid his friend with reassurance hes sold his accounts before and has known him for 5 years and fully backs the account even with him refunding me worse case scenario. Still no resolution days later. Further explanation below.

As above, I was to purchase this WoW Classic female shaman account from Lfmageacc from him which was being sold by a "trusted" friend. Lots and lots of back and forth really hard to post it all but I have everything saved. Now to start I was told by a few people to get this started because I was planning on playing WoW TBC which is dropping Tuesday so I either wanted to get this settled and me repaid or get a shaman from him which he has offered to do either or a few times. At one point he said he was leveling one and it was currently lvl 38 but the more I ask for screen shots and everything else its never shown, NOT saying this is intentional or not it just hasnt been shown to me even though I have asked a few times. I then waited all the way til the start of Sunday late. He has other accounts for sale he mentioned but I dont want a dif class/race thats not what I was purchasing, I asked for a refund but we keep circling back that he is working on the weekend but all of it just seems way to sketchy for me considering my money is in the balance.
I DO appreciate this seller for trying to possibly rectify his friends wronging if thats whats going on, he gave me his friends discord name, its no longer the same I cannot add him, he said he has not been online and hasn't removed him but every delay and excuse and waiting is just too much I want this settled. I originally agreed to Monday being the deadline but due to others and good rep members here telling me to get this started and with the launch coming so soon I need this resolved. -Note Lfmageacc DOES have a MALE version of the shaman which I just said we could do that to settle this instead of a refund since he has one available right now but no answer to a yes or no has been given and I asked quite a few times, always gets dodged. So I would like to get this done, refund me the $ like he said he would in this case or an account with a 60 Draenei Shaman male or female as again he has all agreed to multiple times.
Here are some prnt screens of his friend saying send the money etc and I was originally going to give the $ to Lfmageacc first but his friend insisted on doing it direct which lead me to trying to add him but I was sketching him out because hes some rep wow player and doesnt wanna get caught or something or other.

As soon as I sent this the first and last name also kind of sketched me out abit, in the images below u see a few conversation pieces stating he would refund me or get me a shaman one way or another.
