issue while middlemaning ~ Need help from Admins to decide the outcome

Hello, as the title says i do have problem when i was middlemaning between https://www.epicnpc.com/members/632316-Ezger ( Seller ) and https://www.epicnpc.com/members/657680-Jason0217 ( Buyer )

It was about private wow server account which is in my possesion atm and i am holding it until i get some advice who shall i give it to cause Buyer claims that he paid but seller is telling that he didnt recive anything and that the payment is canceled / pending. They were using Neteller ( xCoins ) transfer which i am not so familiar so i was hoping i could get an help from Admin in this situation, i do have Screenshots of both parties giving their proof of payments but shall i post it here or in private message to some admin

Is the payment canceled or pending? It can't be both.

Ask the buyer or seller to take a video of the payment. Make sure they show the details page so you can see who the payment was sent to and what the status is.

i just checked my Neteller, and Finally the money is received. no idea why it took so long almost 3 days.

should id put screen showing reception? the wierd thing is with 10-07-2017 date but received today morning. i can provide whatever you need to clear things.

It took around 3-4 days for transaction to complete and seller to recive his money, thats why in the meantime for some reason it showed on sellers screen as declined / pending and on buyers that payment went throught. But everything was fixed today, payment just came through. Thread can be closed / removed.
