Is this some new scam?

[ryangetsdiamond]

I have encountered several people who would add me on Skype asking about my accounts, i would tell them about the accounts and they will always ask to log on them (if they are verified). Then after they are done, they ask for my Paypal, and once i give them my Paypal they immediately delete me off Skype. Do they just get on these accounts to take screenshots and try to sell them?

You should give screenshots instead of having them login.
Now they can even have riot ban your account if they so desired as they have the Username and Summoner name and your sale thread.
You are also putting your account at risk of an IP ban.

There's no one registered here with those Skype usernames, but it's definitely shady. I would not give anyone access to your account just to look at. Screenshots should be enough or screenshare.
