Is the chat system bugged?

I tried on 3 different devices with 3 different connection, but the chat always load. it never ends (and the chat box is hidden below - I can only see the upper part of the chat box)
I don't think there's something wrong with my internet provider. (I don't use VPN as well)
Does it also happen to anyone else?

We made a update this morning. It's most likely a cache issue.

Clear your browsers cache, restart the browser and it should work.
