is Paypal verified the same as account verified?

Disregard about the Paypal verified thing, figured that out

I blocked out a few peices of information on my id for my own personal security. (street address, most of the Lisence number, year of DOB and a few other specifics) But I did leave my town, state and name. Will this be a problem? I understand everyone is looking for some security in these dealings, so If more of my info is required, I guess this wouldnt be the place for me.

Anyways, any info would be great, Im sure a few of my posts about purchases have sent up some peoples red flags, so im trying to calm who I can

Its not the same, becoming EpicNPC verified means you submitted your ID and paid a $10 verification payment, passed the phone verification and then passed the cross check against banned members. Your Paypal has to match the name on your ID.

Paypal verified is just a Paypal account that had a bank account and tax information added to it.

Why would you have a problem with a service that is about showing you to be trustworthy/exactly you who say you are knowing your information?

Paypal verified is through their site and is about linking a bank account/CC to your paypal account.
