Is mmogarden.com a Scammer Site?

I got a private message from this guy trying to sell me an account. When I went to the main website it was poorly constructed, so I googled reviews on it. All the positive reviews were written in broken english like someone from China was writing them.

All the negative reviews were written in fluent english.

Anyone know if this site is legit or not?

I did some more reading and searching and the site is indeed a scammer site. Here is the private message MMo-Garden sent me on this site:

Yeah very shady guy. Offered me a 12k achieve priest for 200.00 and continually went lower all the way down to a 100. The guy is terrible at scamming.
