Is it safe to transfer gold over the neutral AH?

I am currently working out a deal to trade gold for some services, we would have to transfer it over the neutral AH though. With blizzard now tracking the ah mail is this going to be a problem? What is the safest way to do it?

The amount being transferred is 4k gold

Yes, I have used it before to transfer gold between my own horde and alliance characters, but never with someone else, so I was wondering if they would catch this?

yes its possible and easy...just annoying to run a lvl 1 to the neut ah

The neutral AH's cut is 0.15*bid. Quite a bit I would say.
