Is it possible in anyway to safely trade CoC accounts that are linked?

I have a question regarding CoC. I can't seem to find a way to securely trade the accounts if they are linked to either a Game Center account or a Google+ account, based on the fact that even if you change the password on the Game Center or Google+ accounts, it doesn't require everyone who is already logged into that account to re-log, therefore anyone selling an account could keep the google+/game center accounts active on one of their devices and control the account to an extent regardless of password change.

Is there a way to overcome this? I want to middleman for CoC, but I think this is the main problem I'm facing to guarantee a secure environment for both the buyer/seller so any input or solutions would be appreciated.

From what I gather, there really isn't any safe way dealing with CoC.

It's definitely not safe, it's just how trustworthy the guy is and if you can take the risk, but there is no "safe" way to actually go about trading.
