Inventory item will be removed if I delete a thread using the item?

Recently, I've just purchased an item from shop to make my thread title bold. But it's not changeable to other thread once it's set. If I delete the thread that use the title bold item, does it mean my item will be deleted/removed from my inventory too? if it's not removed, could the item be used for another thread again? or it's completely cant be used again and I can only discard them from my inventory? Thanks in advance

It a one-time use item, so it can't be changed to a different thread even if that thread is deleted/removed.
