Plenty of options for 5th but if you get those 4 it's practically unstoppable unless you come up against an insane spender.
PVE I can clear all content apart from cursed city which with a bit more optimisation could go a lot further. (Just need a couple more epics levelled to really push deep into it)
I've kept up consistency with mercurial gear so I have some solid pieces and plenty to be rolled up.
