I think it's quite clear that there's always a risk purchasing from unofficial channels (ie. not in-game transaction).

However the items under transaction here are marked as trusted items on the server-end, and definitely not regarded, code-wise, as a fake. Ultimately, I have also used this multiple times, as well as the others that I know, and it seems safe so far.
