Infraction?

I received a infraction point and had my post deleted for selling migrated accounts, which I've read is allowed; can someone please explain this? Thanks in advance

"Only OG accounts, semi-OG, donation rank accounts, and special (cape) accounts are allowed."
But yes they have to be migrated as well

Bulk accounts almost never fall under these designations.
