Infraction! Are you FREAKING serious!

I was handed a 2 point infraction from lordangelo1019 for defending a member on their character that wsicks called into question.

At what point does it become "the right thing to do" in defending someone you know is a great person. Yes, they can handle themselves but handing me an infraction was pure bs.

The person I was defending was happy I did it and I am as well.

Rules are rules but when did this site become anal about a good thing. I am truly disappointed in this Mod for doing this. I was not flaming anyone, I was defending the member I know is great and will do it again.

A warning would been enough imo and if it continues then a infraction. All infractions/warnings stays recorded permament.


Even if you're a friend of him, you shouldn't have get involved in this as you wasn't even involved in this deal.

In overall shouldn't have argued over the thread by posting there but instead over chat/pm.
If something doesn't feel right regarding the deal then involved rather open a dispute thread in the dispute section instead of arguing in wow-trade section.

Regarding lordangelo1019 he just made his job so i dislike this thread complaining about him just doing his job.

And if you actually read my response to what wsicks was saying and how I was defending Darrell then maybe, just maybe the thread would have just been closed. I could careless what anyone thinks about what I did or what so called rule is in place that quite frankly not one person here cares about the rules here anyways. The rules are broke daily and not much is ever done until a thread like Darrells gets attention.

Defending someone is not a crime and I will do it again. If it is here or anywhere else for that matter.
Power trips are to be left for the failing Government America has atm not a site that ppl made popular, not Mods, not S-Mods, and sure in the heck not Mike and he knows that. Without the members this site is nothing.

viperone you agreed to the forum rules when you joined this site , so to keep using this site you need to abide by them.

You were not the only one infracted in that thread so its not like we are attacking you.

I will not be removing the infraction but i will change it to a warning as that is what is merited.

Please be more careful next time

it was supposed to be a warning but the thread got so many things in there so i forgot to check the warning. my bad. secondly if your not involve you should have just stayed away. the thread got flooded with flaming words.

did alot in that thread, edited the flaming and handed infraction, im just human i do make mistakes

i did a warning to the other 2 and forgot to check the warning for you thats all. 2 points for the one who started it and continue it for several post

I think you were given infraction, which was meant to be warning, because you were feeding the troller, I think its good you defended Darrell as I have had nothing but good dealings as well, but when someone responds to rude people and trollers we only make them continue their bad behavior.

I am pretty sure I get the point now BUT I will not change who I am in defending ppl I consider friends or someone being cyber-bullied. Just a fact that will not be popular with most or website rules.

Its not bad to defend a friend or someone being bullied but do it in the right section, trolling someone elses sale thread is wrong, sale thread are meant to be posted with transaction related post. Thank you for understanding

Trolling a thread ... wow the irony of things. Trolling is a considuration of perception. One person thinks trolling the other thinks helping. Who decides who is trolling and who is helping, giving a honest opinion. Am i trolling now or am i giving my opinion? Just be fair and see the error in your ways and remove the double infraction.
