information for new users

Good morning,

I am new to this website, it was recomended by a friend who managed to sell hes account on here with no hassle.

I was hoping some one could post a link or just some rules on how it works, what information is requested, how the transaction works if people are interested in going ahead?

I have 2 very well geared Characters on one account but before i make any posts i just want to get some general information about rules and regulations!! if some one could be kind enough to post that would be much apreciated.

I'd also choose a Middle Man from out Middle Man forum since this is your first transaction and you want to be as safe as possible especially since you have two nice toons.
