So, I sold my PoE account to a guy for 90 bucks. He gave me 45 right now and said 2 weeks later hed give the rest. Now he tells me its not what hes looking for and will not be paying the rest. What the hell do I do? Take the account back? He wont even ****ing answer me.

And he doesn't even bother giving you back the account and cancel the deal? If so it's classsed as scam and you should recall the account + open a Scam dispute here if he is a member on EpicNPC.

As Red said, it would be one thing if he forfeited his 45 dollars and told you he changed his mind. Quite another to keep the account.
