So... I wanted to buy a GTA Online account. I messaged this guy over Kik and sorted some stuff out. I sent him $10 on PayPal. He said it would take from 30mins to an hour. It's been about 2 hours now and he hasn't replied. I sent him another message about an hour after payment and asked how it was going. He hasn't read it yet. Has anyone else had something like this happen? I'm not sure if he's just busy with other stuff, he's working on it or if he scammed me. He made an EpicNPC account 2 days ago and has 2 threads, both advertising the same thing. Not going to say his name yet but if I don't get a message back by tomorrow then I'm going to expose him. Any advice on what I can do?

Next time do your self a favor and google sellers contact information. He has been banned many times for same thing
