I'm MM in a trade i changed the data, i couldn't login in the client.

I couldnt login in the client but i could in the website.
Vendor said i have to wait a little bit before being able to login on the client which is fine.
He thinks i scammed him because i changed the data and left a neg. feedback. While my job is to change data, and then confirm the acct matches description.

User doesnt really know how TG works i guess, could you get the feedback removed. I've already explained to the user how it works.
