I was also deceived by a person, he regained access to the account after he sold this acc to me.

I can't sent because wait refund from man who cheat me. You can refund from my paypal.

I cant reversal the payment because i sent in Family and Friends
If i call my bank they could block my card from my paypal

Are other people allowed to comment on posts if they think somebody is a scammer? Bought an account off of him he said he would send the data fast and stopped responding as soon as the payment was confirmed, have the chat logs saved incase he removed it.

Didn't say he was going AFK or anything just stopped responding as soon as payment gone through. He himself stated he could send the info fast to me. DO I need to open my own dispute instead incase they are a scammer?
