ID Verification Browser Camera is Blurry

When using my phone camera after scanning the QR code, the browser camera is so blurry. that's why the ID I captured is unreadable and my document had been rejected

But when the image is taken using my phone's built-in camera app the image is sharp and crisp so it is easily readable

is there any way I can upload the Document manually instead?

The camera needs to focus on the ID so it's clear. If you're holding the ID too close, your camera might not be able to focus.

We do not manipulate the camera on your phone so if it's blurry, its because your camera is blurry and is not focusing correctly.

I'm sorry, documents can't be uploaded, they must be taken with your phone's camera.

Thanks for the Reply, the camera can't auto focus. when using the browser path.

I'll borrow my sibling's phone instead.
