ID for mmobay verification.

Hey I want to get Mmobay verified and i was just wondering if it was okay to use my perm resident card as a form of id instead of a drivers license or passport as i don't have either from the united states. Shows my first and last name and all the other info i don't want to spend the $10 just for it not to go through. Thanks
