It has severals character, including one almost full BiS.

BiS part : Head, Neck, Shoulders, Cloak, Chest, Wrists, 1 hand weapon, off hand, Gloves, Legs, 1 ring from ICC Reput, 2 trinkets (DFO and CTS). Engineering 400 + JC 385 (enough for Nitro boots + Gloves accelerators enchant + Cloak enchant + Big GEMs).
There is another ring in bags which is the Loop of the Endless Labyrinth but only normal one (264 ilvl). Here is another screenshoot with the ring.
