What is the dispute about? Paid for cod points and never received refunds and never received cod points. The seller kept asserting PayPal money was not working so try another email and he will refund me the overage of the agreed-upon $180 for cod points. The seller never refunded the rest of my money, is holding my money in several PayPal accounts, and never received cod points. Please see screenshots evidencing the scam below.

Other details/notes: I have also made a dispute claim against PayPal.

1. my paypal.. as im from india we don't have friends and family option moreover i charge 3% extra fee for all paypal transactions due to goods and service tax for our country so i never charge 30$ i always ask 33$ for non instant cp. the discord also diffrent one those who know me can know the diffrence from chats the word used by the scammer.

2. on friday one guy comment on my thread by asking the discord is still working because he wasn't able to find me on discord. it was wasn't working till 21st january friday because as my discord nitro expired my custom tag number of discord was also changed that's why it happen.

3. if the third person can't add me on discord until 21st. how this guy can add and text me on discord on 20th january?

4. i have strong doubts this guy and the imposter are same guy and trying to fool me and epicnpc team using wrong data.

5. if epicnpc team have any doubts regarding it. i can share the contacts of who did cp topups from me and what was the payment method used them and contact info of payment methods.

6. apart from that, all his discord chat is with tyraano named guy. how that could be me. anyone can chat with strangers and send money to their friends and resend how that could be im.?

7. this guy never text me on my discord and that's why i dont have enough proofs to give about him. his fake feedback totally destroying my reputation on epicnpc sales. i hope epicnpc team will understand my situation

you're full of it. you just revealed your scam above. you use nitro to change your name and number to evade guilt. okay so here is where things get guilty for you. attached are screenshots of you as pike and then as Tyranno in the exact same conversation, but to try to scam your way out you use your nitro boost to change your name and numbers. regardless, i am not getting my money back from here, it will be with PayPal. I am on here to call you out on your scam. plus, you saying there are no friends and family in India is b.s. Friends and family via PayPal are worldwide with no exception to India. lastly, in your own words, you claimed nitro boost expiration changed things. so there you have it, you abused discord nitro boost scam me. plus, here is discord's link explaining how to change your name and i.d. numbers (https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000270351-Custom-Discord-Tags-with-Nitro). just refund me my money. okay, i am done with this back and forth. i will keep up with you via PayPal.

no he never confirm it on website.. one day some one simply came and give me negative feedback for no reason. even if he confirm on website before the deal it never happens
