I was deceived: Refund of paypal

Hello. I very newbie T__T. I sold zenny in Ragnarok Online, but i have problem:

The scammer just refound my money and now I have a negative account.
I'm sure Paypal will just send me in аss, because i not have documents,signatures, bla bla bla.
- What should I do?
- What will happen if I create a new account, and forget the old negative account?
- How can I protect myself against such scam in the future?

Did you get in contact with him through EpicNPC? If so then open a scam dispute in the dispute section with more proof and we can review it from there.

Most likely they won't allow you to verify you on your new PayPal account under your name if you already are verified on another account.

They won't allow you to link your current credit/debit card on your new PayPal account unless you remove it from your old account.

Safest method to make a transaction here in my experience is to use https://www.epicnpc.com/credits_middleman.php

You should also always use a trusted high repped Middleman/Middlewoman when making transactions, especially unverified members with a low amount of reputation.

If he is a member of this site, please do as I wrote and open a scam dispute with proofs of conversation, transaction + messenger ID and we will go from there.
