Why have you not mentioned the fact you sold it @Kuga1985 ? @Zagar has already sent me proof its the same account, i have photos of account you gave me and now his account. If he recalls it buyer gets screwed in your other deal.

1) kuga and zagar traded accounts
2)kuga sold Zagars account to Gabri3l3 for $1000.00 via bank transfer
3) Zagar reports account received from Kuga as banned for charge backs
4) I post here that I am concerned kuga already cashed out because he knew the account he traded was getting banned.
5) Zagar contacts me and shows me the account Kuga sold to Gabri is the account he traded to kuga

I am aware of that but there is no other way. Another option would be to return the account to Zagar and suffer a 100% lose. The best way would be to try to dispute the payment against Kuga so he can or pay 1000$ to Zagar or return the account

If that's the case, then there's really only 2 options.

Kuga1985 sells the account to Gabri3l3 (payment via bank)
Zagar reports the account he received was banned due to payment chargebacks

1) Gabri3l3 returns the account to Zagar or Zagar recovers it on his own if Gabri3l3 does not agree. Gabri3l3 attempts to dispute the bank payment to Kuga1985
2) Gabri3l3 keeps the account, but pays 50% to Zagar so they each lose 50%.

I understand @Gabri3l3 you don't think you're involved, but you are.

Zagar traded with someone and the account he received was banned due to payments being chargeback on the account. Zagar is a victim so he has a right to recover his account which directly involves you. Please contact your bank to find out your options for disputing the payment. You can also contact Zagar to come up with your own compromise, maybe you can figure something out that would resolve this for both parties.

They are letting you know Zagar is recalling the account you have or its going to be banned by plarium support. Kuga is banned for scamming he is not going to resolve this.
