I think I sold to a scammer a while ago

I sold Wilstar gold to petarb85 who apparently impersonates greathiasenberg. i sold this stuff in october with no issues but i noticed when looking at a hesinberg thread petart was listed as scammer. Am I safe considering the transaction was more than a couple of months ago? Did he get his account hacked as it seems the petarb acc hasnt been on in a while though he has 600 contacts. It's kind of comfusing i wonder if he switched accounts.

Well after six months you become safe but not 100% safe if it was paid via credit card i depends on rules of that specific card how long he can charge back

Ty I'm just really confused on how I even sold to him. The sales were very small so in case of chargeback it is'nt to big of a deal.
