That price includes the network/mining fee. This fee can be very larger and are discussed here

There was an update to the Bitcoin network 2 weeks ago with the goal of lowering mining fees, but so far it hasn't had a big impact. Over time hopefully fees will start to go down.

I have noticed that the fees have gone down by a lot lately. Almost 5 times as less than it was two months ago. Hopefully, bitpay will lower the fees soon.
