Banned - proxy/VPN not allowed
I haven't ever seen this guy before, but I suspect its a known scammer and multiple account owner here(many of which were banned), that's probably one of his accounts.
I reported him to a moderator and EpicNPC himself, never got a reply though, nor the guy was banned, even though I've sent proofs of at least 7 his accounts.
Please, remove this bogus feedback.

Update.
Just checked, he is banned now, probably proofs were finally reviewed.
I'm talking about this guy and where he found me to put fake negative feedback:
