What is the dispute about? Its about a channel I paid, I initially sent $1900 to @Lime Seller hi and due to cap limit on my daily transaction, i couldn't send the remaining money. we agreed initially on $2350, and due to him trying to sell the channel to someone else when i had given him $1900, he asked me for $2800 for the channel, so he can cancel the other deposit he received from the other buyer, so we agreed on $2600. Today i sent him his remaining $700, through 2 bitcoin payments, first one $445 and the second one $257 and the charges took $2. Once the bitcoin was confirmed, he sent me the login details, once i tried to login, i was asked for the passcode, sent to him number, once i asked him, he told me that i opened a dispute against him on localbitcoin, he blocked me on telegram, showed ne screenshots of conversations i had with @Angel which i never did. false screenshots. Please see below. I'm opening a dispute for him to either give me the login code sent to his phone or refund my $2600 back i sent to him for the channel.

How long did you have the account before it was recalled? he gave made me a manager yesterday and removed me access not to login
