What is the dispute about? I have tried 3 different payment methods for this account and none of them seem to have worked. I confirmed multiple times before each transaction if I was following the right steps and if it was the correct information that was input. I first asked if they supported PayPal because I have never used their other payment methods being BTC and TransferWise. I sent them the money and right away they say their PayPal account does not work. This is minor because I was able to get my money back from PayPal after having to start a dispute. I lose $5 because of the PayPal fee. The following day (2/1/2022), I try their preferred method that is TransferWise. I input all of the information provided and confirmed everything with them before sending payment. Days go by and they says he they not received the money yet. Me, who really wants the account, decide to trust them even further and we come to an agreement for me to get the account faster. I would send them BTC, which is supposedly very quick, and then they refunds me money when the TransferWise money comes in. So 4 days after (2/5/2022), I follow their instruction once again and ask for confirmations on everything before I send the BTC to their wallet address. One hour goes by and they claims he has not received any money yet. I give them another day to resolve this issue. Now it is 2/6/2022 and they claim that I have sent them the wrong BTC. I have no idea what they're talking about as I have never used BTC as a transaction method before and only followed their instructions. They told me to use Coinbase, which supposedly supports Segwit, and would not work with Binance? There is proof on blockchain.com that their wallet address received the BTC, but they claim that their account has not received anything. I would like to be reimbursed at least for $150 for the value of the property and up to $300 for our agreement that we set. Or I would like the account as promised.
Other details / notes: To their credit, it seemed like they did try to resolve issues. However, they have not resolved the main issue at hand.
