I paid for a Epic Member Upgrade

Can anyone help me out, I paid for an Epic Member upgrade, but I did not have a verified PayPal account. Is there anything I can do?

I paid without an account, just by debit.

Yes, as stated ONLY people with verified Paypal accounts can receive upgrades. If you don't even have a registered Paypal account, please create one using the same email so I can issue the refund.

Beg a pardon, EpicAdmin. I have a question. I have same situation, bought "Epic Member" and you pointed out that my PP is not verified. But, i've past paypal verification a long time ago. What should i do to complete my upgrade? I mean any thoughs will be helpful.

You have to link an bank account to your Paypal account. At this time when I view your Paypal account it shows 'unverified' so I'm not sure what you verified with them.

I have linked my Card and Bank account to paypal about 6 month ago. Both active atm. Bank account status - verified. But lemme some time to check is my card verified...

Yes but did you confirm the bank account? Paypal puts a couple cents in and you have to tel paypal that amount

I think its crad problem, trying to solve it now. Cause, card and bank account worked fine with currency in both direction a lot of times.

One of our Admins will will have to check it and manually upgrade your account (If your PayPal now is Verified)
