I have questions about account transferral, pullbacks, emails, etc

Hi! Pretty new to this site. I'm hoping to make an account purchase sometime in the next month but I have a lot of anxieties that I'd love to work through logically speaking.

So, with a middleman, they'd get the account details, confirm that they have it, I'd pay the seller directly, and then the middleman would give me the account, right?

How would this work with potential pullbacks (I think that's what they're called)? Like, would the account be on a dummy email that I'd gain access to, so that I'd be able to change it to a personal email and lock it in so to speak? What about if it has a phone number on it?

Any reassurance or explanation is welcome! Thank you!

Correct.

It always depends on what kind of accounts you buy and what they are linked with. The middleman will always secure the account for you in the moment of the transaction. But pullbacks can still happen. Thats why I would recommend you to buy from someone who at least appears to be trustworthy

We secure the account for delivery. Remove any phonw numbers off account, or other information. If the game is email changeable we tend to make a new or email or secure it to a holding email until delivered.

we try our best to check links to other accounts. Like some mobile games have ties to facebook and google play. Most games this is easy to spot, but you cannot always. We check to see if theres obvious signs of being recalled before, if game has a support history or email change history. We check the seller out for obvious signs of being a return banned scammer or banned elsewhere.

we will tell you if our gut says somethings not right or to run. We are not going complete a deal we aren’t comfortable that its not a safe transaction. We do not want your account recalled.

We do try to assist if account recovery happens. Through the chat or our dispute section. Although we do not cover a recall we try to help as we can, banning the user and explain money recovery if at all possible.

Do not deal with anyone on discord claiming to be a middleman here, there is zero reason to believe we are working offsite for any reason.
 
As doomedtofail said, we do our best to spot any red flags and minimize the chance of scam in a MM transaction. But ultimately, account recalls simply cannot be prevented.
Account selling is against the ToS of practically every game company which allows the seller to abuse the recovery feature to scam buyers. It's simply a risk that you have to accept when you decide to willingly do something that you know is against the ToS.
