Other information: I got logged out of the account by him. I’m very angry as I payed 240 for it and mm. I am 16 years old and have been working 32 hours a week 20 hours at college. I am also training for the royal marines. So day to day life right now is hard i have to pay for what i own, i have been scammed a lot of my hard earned moeny, i just feel terrible that ive lost 240 dollars, and the Roblx account i payed for. The seller is called PRINCEPETTY, His discord is ᔕᒪIᑕᗴ#6969, the link to the account is https://www.Roblx.com/users/1962451078/profile Please help.

I can't get the account back without contacting Roblx support which I didn't do until I woke up to discord messages from him saying he couldn't get on the account.

Since the email was changed from mine to the middleman's to the buyer, the revert email doesn't work so the only thing I can think of is the mm reverted it to theirs (as I doubt Roblx would lock the account or anything just from changing the email and password 3 times in a day)

I've already contacted support and got the account reset for calhrg 👍

@PRINCEPETTY are you the original owner of this account? If not, who did you buy it from? Please post the URL to their profile and state what website you used to buy it.

PRINCEPETTY you also have multiple accounts. Calxlie is your original account and has 1 negative feedback.

The original email on the account is mine and @Calxlie is my sister that used to use the account, doesn't play anymore and asked me to sell it for her. (She also has no negative feedback when I check, please send a screenshot.)
The buyer currently already has access to the account again, we've been working through any issues that go on in discord as epicnpc can't help.
 
Can you please provide a video of the support ticket you opened when you recovered the account the first time on Dec 18th? The account has now been lost twice and we would like to review the support ticket to see what is happening.

Please show the ticket from start to finish, upload to youtube and reply here with the URL. You can use the 'hide' or 'staff' tags to make the video private when you post it.
 
Hello, so what is happening right now is ill get into the account with help from princepetty, (he is really helpful and always helps me get back into the account). But whenever i get back in, i always get logged out when im asleep, so whenever i wake up i have to try login. So what i do is text PrincePetty and as he has the original email for the account he can help me back in. This so far has happened everyday since buying the account. I was just wondering if there is a way i can secure the account, many thanks.

The evidence requested from PRINCEPETTY has not been provided.

We will assume this account is either stolen or PRINCEPETTY is not the original owner.

If video evidence is not provided in 24 hrs, PRINCEPETTY will be banned. Once banned, we recommend filling a dispute on Paypal to recover your payment.

Another red flag, it seems the Paypal email is a junk email [email protected] (dims new email). This appears to be a premeditated scam and a new Paypal account with a junk email is being used by the seller.
