I have a question

I got my account jacked from me...its not under my email. i bought this account off the internet...and the website that i bought it from provided me with a SQA is there a way to retrieve the password or anything. But the account is not registered under my email. I already tried calling blizzard telling them its my credit card on that account and they said there is no way they can violate there policy.. help someone?
