Hello everybody.

I will explain what happened, and I hope someone could help me.

Yesterday I bought an account to Beep L (salat555 on Kik), the account price were 250$ and then I bought it.

Firstly I wanted to make sure of the security of the transaction. So I contacted Axnkool on Kik and on Epicnpc. So I appealed to the real Axkool.

He therefore secured the transaction: he took possession of the account, changed the password and the email address linked to the account.
I then paid salat555 via Paypal by paying the money with the option "by friends and family".

Axnkool then gave me access to the account, I changed the password again as well as the email address. And I started playing on it.
Except that after one or two hours, when I wanted to restart the game I noticed that the password was no longer working.

I had to use the option "Password Recovery" but strangely the email address of this option was another one that I entered when I modified the email address linked to the account.

Salat555 tells me that he basically exchanged this account, and that he did not recover it, that it was probably the original owner of the account that made a request for recoveries.

I then went to the site of com2us and in the messaging linked to the name of account I fell there on:

Hey. I traded my previous account for the one you bought from me. I don't know if it really has been retrieved or you just want your money back. I explained everything to you on kik. I was not the real owner of the account, i could not retrieve it. Sorry for your loss, but there is nothing i can do, the guy that probably retrieved it has my account already (i am not real owner, i can't retrieve it) . Sorry again, i did not know that this will happen.

No he never told me that, and I have to say that neither Foodies nor Axnkool had warned me that it was possible. I was persuaded after using a MM the account would be completely secure.. I would never have paid $ 250 if I had known that it was possible to get the account back at any time.

I'm not blaming Axnkool, he's not the scammer here but I tough the account were totally secured after his service...

And be honest, the fact that the owner of the account recovers his account as if by chance only an hour after I paid it is still very strange...

And also, in the screen above Foodie said "I've had this happen ... real owner just got it back"
So he knew it was possible to do that

Now I have no account, no money and no help...

I had told you few minutes after deal that i traded for it. You had no complaints. And there is always a slight chance an account can be retrieved, and im pretty sure, you knew that. Like 4 hours after we have done the deal, you managed to lost the account and that is not my fault. I traded my account for it and "joe" has the account now. I have not scammed you, he has. And who of us both told you that after using a mm the account is completely secured? Account selling/buying is against the rules anyways and you do it at your own risk. Once again sorry, i had no idea this will happen..

Your responsible for any accounts you sell regardless who recalled it. You can't just take his money and run.

Well, i want my previous account back too than.. when ill have an account ill give you one, that does not mean it will be worth $240 or $200, i gave my account for it so i lose money aswell.. doomed i told her i had the account for ~ week or so, i did not retrieve it nor did i know it will be retrieved.

TBF foodies also sold me a account that ended up getting recovered, unfortunately my logs on kik arent saved correctly, otherwise i would have called him out as well. as the email wasnt "changeable" and from there got retrieved. where ever you are getting your accounts from obviously sounds shady

No I do not know him at all, from his profile he come from the US / Canada while I am from Belgium.

Anyway I contacted Paypal and according to them Foodies is probably not at its first scam, it has already been reported several times on Paypal.

Personally I do not know if these are pure coincidences or if Foodies is really a scammer but if this is really the case and he refuses to refund me despite their request, Paypal will take legal action against his person.

I have sold/bought/traded more accounts. This is the first time someone tries to get refund on paypal, don't know what you are talking about. Had this happen and i refunt the guy, and as i said i will refund you with an account or i will refund you with $120 atleast, soon. I traded my account for the one you lost, i lose money aswell. Chat with "joe" is deleted because it was on my iphone and my iphone is fixing right now and i have papers if you need proof. What legal actions can they take? I sold you a game account which was not my personal, it has been retrieved after i sold it to you and i did not retrieve it.

Foodies again you are responsible for what you sell.

You must issue a refund or provide an account of equal standing.

If the person you bought an account from has an account here, file a dispute against him and we will work towards getting you a refund.

If not, you will be banned.

All I ask is to believe you Foodies, I only ask a refund or replace the account .. But I'm still waiting..

Paypal has informed me that they have an anti-fraud service and that people who abuse scams via the "send money to family or a friend" system are being sued, their identity is known from their Bank card. Some people are even sent to court.

BUT I do not say that this is necessarily your case, personally I only ask for a refund, I do not really want it to go to justice ..

If you are really about to refund me, tell it to Paypal, they will put the litigation on hold

So Foodies trade a account for the one he sold Nao. The Person he traded with recalls the account Foodies sold to Nao. So the original trader for the account Foodies sold to Nao now has posestion of 2 accounts!

No one wonders why Foodies does not start a scam thread or recalls his original traded account to give to Nao?

I would advice to a trade with caution mark under foodies name?

can you read? My chat history with the original trader was on my phone, i had to fix my phone and i logged on to my kik with my ipad so the chat history was deleted. And as i already said " I TRADED ACCOUNT WHICH I WAS NOT OWNER OF FOR ANOTHER ACCOUNT WHICH WAS RECALLED AFTER I SOLD IT." I cant find "Joe" neither on neoseeker nor epicnpc. How many minutes it takes to create a kik account for him? He just found a stupid guy like me to make some profit.

If you traded the account to someone else you clearly know who you purchased it from, where did you find the account, when did you buy it? It is hard to believe you do not recall where you purchased it from. Your story is full of leaks and therefore i believe (with circumstential evidence) you are the scammer. And you reclaimed the account yourself and got away with 125$. Good deal if i would say so.
