I got scammed ? (wow)

Hi,
I'm selling a wow account to a dude
He logs with the account to check if the chars are here
then I give my ID scan (he says he can use it to trace me)
Then.. he disconnects
It was 2 hours ago. Now I just realized he has the account name + the Photo ID, he can do the account retrieval thing.
He doesnt know the cd key.

Is my account lost ? Or I can get it back since he doesnt know the cd key while I do
