What is the dispute about? account
It is about a ElliniaMS account, it was supposed to be a 47k dex wild hunter.I paid him half up front so I can look at the account and if I like it I send him the other half.

He contacted me after I replied to his post. Then went on and talked about proof but he said he wasn't home and he said he could give me the account info because the website is down and password cannot be changed. So I thought he is trusting me here so I could trust him back. We talked price and decided on 60 USD, then talked about the various ways for payment. I usually use Paypal so we went and used Paypal. I sent him 30 so I can look at the account and he gave me the email and said message him when done. I did and he doesn't send me the account info and telling me to wait. a few minutes later I got a bad feeling about the transaction so i confronted him. Then finally i realized that I was scammed. Then I came and report him and hopefully no one else has to get scammed by him.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction?
No, this is my first time getting scammed and it is not a great feeling. I will before future purchases and even a middle man service for larger transactions.

No
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC?
1 transaction and its a failed one. I literally just registered for this site because of all the virtual trading. A friend told me about it on the game the account was supposed to be on. He said not many scammers and all he has had were good experiences. I just hope this isn't happening all the time. I also hope that this person gets IP banned and never allowed back.
