How did you get in contact with this person? Did they add you? Or did you add them? And if you added them, where did you get that Discord ID from since that is not what he is advertising as his Discord ID (even though it has since been changed, but his Roblx thread is from months ago).

I got in contact through discord ,he added me and linked the thread were he was selling from.

Did you get a confirmation PM from him on the forums here? That email you sent money to does not connect to anyone here on the forums and it's quite likely you were scammed by an impersonator.

Unfortunately it's too easy to copy someones Discord ID these days, which is why we no longer review scam reports if it's against a rep'd member where all chat was done through Discord only. Because I can't find any other connection I have to assume that this was an impersonation scam.

Please make a PayPal dispute asap. I'll be moving this to the offsite scammers thread.
